The Perks of Growing Up.
There is not even a single person out there who does not agree on growing up being a tough business. And truth be told, there is no easy way to do that! Believe me loves! No matter how good your upbringing was, no matter how many friends you had by your side, how big your family was.... There are always problems here and there, scattered and for you to face.
Everybody, when they are young and anive, have this idea of what or who they want to be. In many cases, if not in all, those ideas change. At the beginning, we picture ourselves in a certain way, leading a specific life with our own family, a partner, the dream job...unless you come reach only the years of your studying, in that case you wish to be a bit more down to earth.
The years do pass and at some point, you have reached and met specific goals, whether those are your current studies in THE university of your dreams, or you being surrounded by a good family with a good job, good income and independent. However, after all your imagining, you have finally hit that time of your life where you discover how far you are from what you predicted. Somehow, your dreams from that past are gone, they faded away or simply changed to different ones and so on. You discover that you have a reality that ends up surprising you. And yet, you still wonder about the future which is around the corner, wondering, trying to guess.
Growing up in tough, yes. You have lost that innocence of yours, you have been through different events and moments that simply changed the person you are and developed you into someone completely different as in thinking and facing problems.
However, there is always the opposite side of things. You will be proud of your achievements, no matter how small or big they are. You will be proud and amazed at how much knowledge you have gained. Fortunately, all that will, hopefully, assist you later on in your life somehow, someway, somewhere. Those are the perks of growing up. Not only do you enter the club of "Adults"...you become something. In addition, you are free to make your own choices and live your life, become and independent person at any point and set off in adventures you never knew you would have! There is no right and wrong on what you do, there is what you want and what you don't want. So follow your heart, live and enjoy life ine very way possible (only positive stuff). Make sure you are happy though and that you never let somebody else to force you into something, into entering a specific course or a uni just because that profession related to those courses you will attend is going to make you a businessman or woman. You might as well want to follow the path of a zoo owner. And there is nothing wrong with that!!!
